Sept heures de randonn\u00e9es, 15 kilom\u00e8tres, 700 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9s, je commence \u00e0 conna\u00eetre mon rythme. \u00c7a devrait se faire en 6h. Je regarde le guide une derni\u00e8re fois. Il y a quand m\u00eame quelque chose qui me travaille. Encore&#8230; C&#8217;est que si on continue apr\u00e8s Cloud Rest, 8 kilom\u00e8tres plus loin on peut arriver au Half Dome. Et puis on redescend Half Dome dans la vall\u00e9e de Yosemite. Mais non, c&#8217;est pas s\u00e9rieux. C&#8217;est trop long, je n&#8217;aurais pas le temps. Half Dome, \u00e7a ira \u00e0 lundi. Deux litres d&#8217;eau dans le camelback, 4 barres de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales (vue la dose de polenta au petit d\u00e9jeuner, \u00e7a suffira largement) un appareil photo et mon portefeuille, que j&#8217;attrape sur un coup de t\u00eate. Aujourd&#8217;hui, je marche l\u00e9ger. J&#8217;attaque la randonn\u00e9e, qui commence bien tranquillement. Le sentier commence \u00e0 monter, de fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s raisonnable. Je regarde \u00e0 droite, \u00e0 gauche, essayant de deviner quel est mon objectif. \u00c0 un moment, je me dirige vers un magnifique d\u00f4me qui pourrait convenir, mais non, changement de direction. Et puis finalement, je le vois qui appara\u00eet. Cloud Rest n&#8217;est pas aussi impressionnant que Half Dome, mais il a sa personnalit\u00e9 bien \u00e0 lui. Je regarde ma montre. \u00c7a fait \u00e0 peine deux heures que je suis parti, le sommet est \u00e0 une trentaine de minutes je pense.
